KT thinks that per capita emissions data is less meaningful than total emissions data and suggests that China has a population advantage when its per capita emissions are compared with the emissions of the other largest polluters.I would have thought that comparing per capita emissions of different countries is fairer than comparing total emissions. It seems to me that adjusting emissions data for differences in population does not skew the results, it removes the population skew and makes the comparisons more meaningful.
